1Sit up straight
If you want to show disrespect, then slouch in your chair, cover your face with both of your hands while letting your elbows rest on the table. This posture tells people that you have no interest in listening to whatever is going on, especially during meetings.
But if you sit straight with your shoulders back, you will look way more confident – this is called the power position. Keep in mind that the more space your body takes, the more successful you will appear.
2Use gestures correctly
If you started exaggerating your gestures, then people will think you are lying or just trying so hard to hide something. But when you act a little more spontaneously and you start spreading your arms open, people will believe that you have nothing to hide. You have to always pay attention to your gestures!
