After spending more than eight stressful hours at work, you go back home to find your children screaming out their needs while leaving a trail of destruction in their path, let alone your own needs, your partner’s, and probably your pets as well.

All of these things may play a troll on your emotional and mental state. But have you ever asked yourself if those states are something we were born with, or is there a powerful trauma involved?
