8. They lose their temper
If you are trying to confront your partner about something you think they did, and they start raising their voice and trying to make you feel guilty for even questioning them about that matter, this is a clear red flag.
This might be one of the most definite signs of a cheating partner in a relationship. Still, it might also mean that they are hiding something else – it can be a sign of financial infidelity, for example, or a sign that they have done something that they know you won’t approve.
Anyway, dealing with someone who loses their temper quickly is not ok, and you should always call them on their toxic behavior.
9. They’re obsessing about protecting their phone
Privacy is important, and both you and your partner should set boundaries – it is not healthy to stalk each other’s phone or keep track of who you both talk too.
Again, trust is a key factor for a successful relationship. However, if all of a sudden your partner takes their phone with them everywhere, or adds a screen lock all of a sudden, they might have something they don’t want you to find out.
For example, if your partner keeps getting consecutive texts at a weird time, and displays a defensive attitude towards you when you ask them about who they are talking to, or why their phone keeps buzzing, you might be right to be suspicious.
