Perfection is a divine feature and never a human, mortal one. This says it all. Why would you seek to keep things obsessively right while they through time can become wrong?

It is life folks. It is a chain of ups and downs, fluctuating between the right and the wrong. Let life deal with things in its own way and take your own path, hoping for the best.

No need to feel guilty for actions that you have done ages ago nor those which occurred a few minutes ago. Look forward and keep in mind that you can change and act differently the next time.

Don’t let one tiny mistake become a character trait because it is not. You are a mixture of bad and good, wrong and right. Nobody can tell about one good way to do everything. There are plenty of good ways which become eventually bad ways then new good ones emerge.

8Accept That It Is Okay To Pay Heed To Your Own Needs

Don’t ever think that paying heed to your needs is described as selfish. This is nonsense. In fact, you were born to take care of each part of you and be grateful every single day. It is very healthy to exhibit your care about your needs.

In reality, if you are helpless at looking after yourself, you definitely can’t help someone else. It is very thoughtful to take into account what others would feel if you do this or that, but what if they are simply too selfish to let you do what makes you happy?

If you cannot make yourself happy, you cannot and will not be capable of pleasing someone else. Invest in your life and use your common sense to understand what you want and need.

9Practice Mindfulness

Yoga is an excellent exercise, enabling you to communicate with your inner self and listen to the serenity lying in your mind. Imagine yourself an aircraft, trying to survive a storm. Sit for a moment and determine how to get through.
