So, there you go. If your man gives you this loving, “I can’t believe that a person like you exists” look, you know you’re with someone who loves and values you.
4. He actually listens to you
Why would someone who doesn’t like you listen to your every little speech and actually enjoy every second? Think about it.
We do get that in the later stages of a relationship, couples become very comfortable around each other and may not show as much patience for small talk or every little gossip you’re about to spill, but if they love and respect you, they would make an effort and actually listen instead of ignoring you, or just straight out rudely dismiss you.
Everyone experiences a bad day and not everybody is perfect or a great listener, but if he loves and respects you, he would kindly let you know that he’s not in the mood to talk or listen.
Healthy communication or open communication is always the key to a successful relationship.
3. He makes time for you
If your significant other can’t stand you, he would make plans to spend time out of a busy day only when he needs something from you.
Someone who loves you will show you and prove to you that he can’t wait to meet up with you, if you don’t already live together, and actually make efforts to plan things with you and enjoy activities together. And when he does see you, he makes sure to make you feel special and happy.
Unless he is an expert at manipulating people, you would feel it if such emotions of love and affection are genuine or not.
2. He misses you when you’re away
If your man keeps checking up on you and sending you messages when you’re apart, or simply says that he misses you a lot, or texts you about something that reminded him of you, know that those feelings are probably genuine.
If he is simply using you or just doesn’t miss you, he would only text or call you after disappearing for a long time. A man who misses you is a man who loves you, and a man who loves you is a man who misses you. Get it?
