Communication is the foundation of our lives and evolution. As social beings, we typically spend 70% to 80% of our days communicating in one form or another; be it through verbal communication, electronic communication, body language, or writing.
Communication is what keeps our relationships and miscommunication is often what breaks them, and we sure see a lot of that between couples nowadays.
