When someone says “trust exercises”, you immediately think of blindfolded walks, trust falls, and three-legged race, right?

Trust is, obviously, one of the most important things that all couples should have. Without it, the partnership will not be healthy, which leads to a lack of emotional intimacy, disengagement, and even betrayal.
So just forget about falling into the arms of your beloved, and focus on these real trust-building behaviors all couples need to practice.
