There are times in our lives when we feel blue without having any idea why. We could experience mood changes all of a sudden with no previous warning. Experts maintain that there could be many justifications for sadness and depression.
It could be due to an increase in stress hormone levels, complications of a medicine, our genetic makeup, or an intense life occurrence.
Controlling some of these reasons is sometimes beyond our reach- it could require professional intervention- however, there are still many things that we can do to reduce or even get rid of melancholy altogether.
