1Get in the right mindset
In order for your body to “speak” friendly, you have to enter the room with good and friendly intentions.
So basically, before the meeting, convince yourself that you are going to meet someone you really like, and during that meeting, you must find the reasons why you should like that person.
This will lead to a relaxed body posture, a friendly gaze, and more smiling. When someone feels special, they are more likely to go an extra mile for you.
2Perfect your posture
The essence of a good body language is good posture. You have to relax your shoulders, straighten your spine, and keep your chin parallel with the ground. Also, your arms should stay in a position that doesn’t close your chest off, which we do it quite often than we think. We tend to close off our chests every time we feel threatened or anxious.
