Even if he/she does nothing at all, you have no right to blurt it out to their face. It is just not professional to say it, even if you are doing both yours and your boss’s jobs. Just think about it: Do you think it is going to be okay saying this to the person who signs your paychecks? It will be a good, effective way to be fired, though, if that’s your intention.
4I am bored right now
One of the last things your boss wants to hear is his employee, whom they are giving a big check to every month to be there, is feeling bored. If you don’t really have anything to do, then you could ask for something else to work on, or just wait patiently for a new assignment. Plus, who wouldn’t like to sit and relax during work hours?
